Role Description
This is a contract, in person role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles. The role involves conducting behavior assessments, providing parent education, and managing behavioral challenges. Collaborating with a team of professionals, the BCBA ensures effective communication and progress tracking to maximize each child's developmental potential. Going into schools for the DOE.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Must live in New York (near the city is preferred)
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases remotely
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience with data-driven behavior intervention methods
- Experience in treatment plans involving the DOE.
