Description:

• The Site Director role requires a licensed professional with expertise in behavioral healthcare, based in Charlotte, NC.
• This full-time position involves leading site operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Proficiency in general technology applications is necessary.

Requirements:

• MA, MSW, MBA, Psy.D., or PhD preferred with 1-2 years' management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare.
• BA in Nutrition, Social Work, or related field with 3-5 years' upper management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare.
• Experience in managing a profitable business.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with reimbursement issues and managed care environment.
• Competency in using office technology applications.

Qualifications:

• State licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, or equivalent.
• Managed care credentialing preferred.
• Clinical skills in behavioral medicine or eating disorders preferred.
• Experience with budget management and P&L.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
