  • Helping members gather and submit required documentation (Social Security cards, birth certificates, income verification, etc.)
  • Collaborating with members, rep payees, and support teams to understand budgets and identify affordable housing options
  • Advocating for members with landlords and housing providers, including requests for reasonable accommodations or modifications
  • Actively networking with landlords, agencies, and community organizations to identify housing opportunities
  • Educating members on tenant rights and housing resources
  • Maintaining consistent communication with members and their support networks
  • Documenting all services and supports provided accurately and timely

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A goal-oriented mindset and passion for helping others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple members and priorities effectively
  • At least 5 years of experience working with frail, elderly, or disabled populations
  • Knowledge of Section 8 and HUD housing programs
