?? Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday (flexible within reason)

What You’ll Do

Provide consultation, training, and behavioral evaluations
Develop and implement ABA therapeutic programs
Create behavior intervention plans for children ages 1–10
Supervise and mentor behavioral service delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

Current BCBA Certification (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Teaching, or related field
WI BCBA license (must be willing to obtain MN BCBS certification – we’ll pay for renewals!)
Experience with ASD clinical work (2,000+ hours or equivalent coursework)
CPR, TB screening, and health certificate as required
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
