Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the bridge between the treatment facility and referral sources, executing service-oriented plans across designated territories. You will travel regularly to build relationships and present a professional image of the facility in the community. You will collaborate with the Business Development team to drive growth and ensure strong partnerships. This position offers growth within a large, respected healthcare organization and opportunities to influence community outreach in GA, FL, MS, KY and TN. Compensation / Benefits • Serve as liaison between the facility and referral sources to align on needs • Implement service-oriented action plans responsive to referral source needs • Travel to assigned territories and plan pre-arranged quality appointments • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and team to present a professional public image • Engage in weekly travel within the territory and support strategic planning • Establish relationships with referral sources to drive growth and referrals Tasks • Bachelor in marketing, business or related field • Master’s degree preferred • Three years minimum in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships • Prior marketing and/or sales experience in behavioral healthcare preferred • Valid Driver's License Key requirements • Paid training provided on-site • Growth and development opportunities within UHS and subsidiaries • Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan • 401k plan with company match • Education Assistance Program • Student Loan Repayment Program
