Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Social Work experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Acute Care experience: psychiatric emergency and emergency department, Medical and Surgical unit, ICU, and psychiatric inpatient unit experience. Skills: Emergency Department, Medical Surgical unit.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Psychiatric.

Required Credentials: MSW. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Special Requests: RTO – Always needs facility approval. must be included at time of submittal or will not be approved.

Shift & Scheduling: Job Shift: Monday to Friday.
