• Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to individuals facing various challenges, including PTSD, addiction, and other psychological issues. You will work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient care and clinical excellence. Your expertise will be vital in delivering effective counseling and support to our patients.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focusing on addiction recovery, PTSD care, and overall mental wellness.
• Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance treatment methodologies and patient outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a hospital setting to ensure integrated patient care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Experience

• A valid LCSW license is required.
• Experience in addiction counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and clinical research practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in individual group counseling is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
