Incredible Me ABA is hiring experienced BCBAs / Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide in-home ABA services in Charlotte, Gastonia, and nearby surrounding areas. At Incredible Me ABA, our ethos is simple:

This role is 100% in-home, serving families across local zip codes with manageable travel and strong administrative support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home ABA supervision
• Conduct FBAs, intake assessments, and skills evaluations
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs and ABA Technicians
• Deliver parent and caregiver training
• Monitor and document progress using VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
• Collaborate closely with families and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting children and the therapists who serve them
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits
