Responsibilities of a RBT
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy following individualized programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Maintain accurate data collection to track client progress (training provided).
- Participate in supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with your BCBA and team members to deliver the highest quality of care.
- Contribute to a supportive, connected team dedicated to each child’s growth.
What We’re Looking For
- RBT Certification or 40 hour certificate (Required)
- Experience: Prior experience as a Behavior Therapist or experience working with children (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Ability to pass a background check
- A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach
