About the Role – Clinical Director / BCBAWe are seeking a strong, compassionate leader to help guide our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for the children and families we serve. This position blends leadership, support, oversight, and direct clinical expertise.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee clinical quality and ensure program effectiveness
  • Provide leadership, support, and case direction to BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care
  • Train and support families, caregivers, and staff
  • Monitor data, adjust treatment plans, and ensure best practices
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive clinical team
  • Reliable transportation
