Little Angels Center is a multidisciplinary agency dedicated to ensuring an individualized approach to therapy, utilizing the most current treatment strategies, to maximize one’s potential. Little Angels Center's success is attributed to our expert team’s ability to foster strong relationships between providers, families and the municipalities that we service.

We are looking for a BCBA/LBA to provide behavior consultation within our special education preschool setting. This role will provide support to the classroom teachers, students and staff as needed. We also have a satellite classrooms in a local district where we would also need behavioral support. This position is full time 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to the multi-disciplinary team within the school settings.
  • Develop goals, track data, maintain current FBA/BIPs, and/or develop new FBA/BIPs as required.
  • Work with teachers to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Train support staff as needed.

Experience/Qualifications/ Education:

  • BCBA required.
  • LBA required.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with special needs children.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to function independently and multitask.
  • Must be a team player work well with others.
