Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes
• Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
• Assist in the development of social and communication skills

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay range: $18-$26/hour
• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week or Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Location:Fayetteville NC 28301

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
