Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking an Interim Social Work Manager, for a W2 Contract position based in San Francisco, CA.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm with rotating on call every third weekend after oriented (minimal calls)
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with high likelihood of extending
Compensation:
This position offers a daily rate of $675 to $690 which equates to $3,375 to $3,450 per week (based on a 5-day workweek)
Per Diems: Lodging: $183 per day and Meals & Incidentals: $86 per day
Total Weekly Compensation (Daily Rate + Per Diems + Stipend): Between $5,433 to $5,508 per week

Summary:
Leads care operations, overseeing licensed staff, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care across the continuum, focusing on implementing care strategies, managing interdepartmental collaboration (like with physicians and community partners), and driving performance metrics for patient experience and efficiency
Essential Functions:
Direct daily care management, set protocols, manage budgets, and provide vision for social work services.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and evaluate licensed clinical social workers and other personnel.
Oversee the effective, safe, and cost-efficient delivery of patient care, ensuring equity and patient-centeredness.
Create and administer programs to meet patient needs and improve service delivery.
Work with physicians, providers, and community partners to implement care models and best practices.
Qualifications:
California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License required.
Experience (around 5+ years) as a social worker, and 2+ years of experience functioning in a leadership/supervisory capacity required.
