School Psychologist

TactStaff is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support students in Dover, Delaware for a full-time, onsite assignment. This role focuses primarily on 1:1 therapeutic support for at-risk students, along with collaboration across the school’s multidisciplinary team to promote positive student outcomes.

Position Details

• Location: Dover, DE (onsite only)
• Schedule: Full-time, school hours
• Setting: K–12 school environment
• Contract: W2 with TactStaff

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy and counseling to at-risk students
• Conduct assessments to identify academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop individualized intervention plans and progress-monitor student outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and state guidelines
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding best practices in mental health and behavior support

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Delaware School Psychologist certification/license
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Dover full-time
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
