Position Summary:
The Admissions/Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in converting inquiries into admissions by managing incoming calls, completing pre-assessments, and ensuring smooth communication with referral sources. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities with efficiency, and possess strong sales instincts to keep clients and referrals engaged and moving toward admission.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming calls related to admissions and referrals.
Conduct phone screens and pre-assessments to evaluate eligibility and readiness for services.
Clearly communicate program parameters, expectations, and benefits to clients and referral sources.
Act as a liaison between leads and clinical scheduling staff to ensure assessments and admissions are completed quickly and efficiently.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously without losing momentum.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure leads are followed up promptly and effectively.
Work in partnership with the Clinical team to align placement decisions and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all referral and intake activity.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
