Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS + CHW)

Nest Diagnostics Incorporated is a nonprofit behavioral health organization focused on preventative Medicaid-covered services in South Carolina.

We are hiring a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) who also has Community Health Worker (CHW) credentials to run virtual recovery and wellness groups.

???? Must live in South Carolina (Fort Mill / York County preferred)

???? Fully remote (Zoom groups)

⏳ 10–40 hours per week

???? 40% of Medicaid group reimbursement, paid weekly

???? EMR and scheduling system provided

Ideal candidate:

- CPSS certified (Required)

- CHW certified (Required)

- Comfortable leading recovery groups

- Minimum 1 year sustained recovery

- Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate peer support groups via Zoom

- Maintain supportive group environment

- Document basic group attendance and notes

- Collaborate on scheduling and patient flow
