A full-time School Social Worker position is available for the complete school year in a K-12 setting located in Albuquerque, NM. This contract role offers two openings: one in the High School Special Education Department and another serving grades K-8. The ideal candidates will provide 1:1 and group therapy sessions, conduct IEP writing, and manage cases to support students' social and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Valid PED School Social Worker Certification
• Documentation of licensure and certification required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to students in need
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up and support for students
• Work closely with families and school personnel to address student challenges and promote a positive learning environment
