Position – Program Supervisor
The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a clinical department, including program planning, service delivery, program elevation, and providing both clinical and administrative supervision to staff. The role may also include providing direct clinical services and performing additional duties as assigned.
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and development of our company's project management and grant writing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching grant opportunities, reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends, preparing and submitting grant proposals, developing project plans for grant-funded initiatives, and management evaluations of projects.
Pay:
$54,649.55 - $72,410.66
Essential Functions:
- Supervise and develop clinical staff, ensuring compliance with policies, documentation, and performance standards
- Conduct clinical assessments, provide therapy, and manage risk for clients across age and disability groups
- Coordinate client care, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams and external providers
- Oversee billing, documentation, and productivity to meet financial and program goals
- Maintain ethical, legal, and diversity standards while fostering effective communication with clients, families, staff, and community partners
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Clinical license strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience working in mental health services
- Ability to work with individuals with serious mental illness
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and stress management
