We are seeking a committed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting clients on their healing journey and upholding the highest standards of ethical and clinical care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed counseling services to a diverse client population
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with agency staff, school personnel, and community partners as needed
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision as required
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to meet client needs
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to client well-being
Qualifications:
- Active and valid counseling or social work license in the state of Kentucky, such as:
- LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based treatment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client success
- Experience with trauma-informed or community-based services preferred
