Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a committed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting clients on their healing journey and upholding the highest standards of ethical and clinical care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed counseling services to a diverse client population
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with agency staff, school personnel, and community partners as needed
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision as required
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to meet client needs
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to client well-being

Qualifications:

• Active and valid counseling or social work license in the state of Kentucky, such as:
• LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based treatment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client success
• Experience with trauma-informed or community-based services preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
