Thrive Counseling Center (established 2015) has had the opportunity to support clients of all ages, demographics, and with a variety of areas in need of support within our community. We provide individual counseling, family counseling, parent-child counseling, and couples counseling. Our clients appreciate the ability to get their family’s mental health needs met under one roof.
We're Currently Seeking:
- Fully Licensed Therapists: You have a Master's Degree and have, or are in process of obtaining one of the following licenses (within the next 6 months): Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
We are especially interested in:
- Providers who specialize in working with kids, teens, and/or families
- Specialization in working with couples and/or non-traditional relationship structures
- Providers passionate about serving LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent clients
- EMDRIA certified providers interested in providing EMDR either in-office or via telehealth
- Clinicians available for in-office sessions and especially during our peak hours of 4-8 pm M-F and/or weekends.

Thrive Invests in Your Success: Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits!
Our compensation structure is a flat-rate per procedure structure. In addition to compensation for clinical procedures/time, we also build in additional administrative time and compensation.
We ask our providers to maintain a minimum of no less than 16 clients a week (averaged). From there, providers have the flexibility to decide how many clients they would like to see.
Fully Licensed Providers seeing 25-30 clients per week earn between $77,500 and $93,000 per year before the addition of our comprehensive benefits.
Fully Licensed Providers consistently seeing 35 clients a week can earn upwards of $108,000.
