To meet the needs of students with autism and other developmental disabilities, our organization is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients. The ideal candidate for this position is a patient, compassionate professional. We are looking for candidates that have a passion to change the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment programs as specified in the treatment plan
- Collect data on all treatment goals daily
- Report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
- Help clients work towards their treatment goals.
- Learn all aspects of the facility, including workplace safety rules.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Motivate clients to particiapte in treatment
- Have Fun!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
