At Innovate ABA, we’re not your average clinic. We’re BCBA-owned and operated, which means we actually get it. We know what it’s like to write treatment plans, support RBTs, and manage a caseload, because we’ve been there. No corporate layers. No private equity pressure. We specialize in early intervention ABA therapy for children ages 1–7 and are known for creating a warm, modern clinic space with the resources and systems that let our team focus on what matters most: client progress.

We’re expanding and want passionate BCBAs who are ready to mentor the next generation of clinicians and help us shape the future of ABA in Orange County.

The Role: In-Clinic BCBA Clinical Mentor

This isn’t just about writing programs. This is about leading, teaching, and building. As a Clinical Mentor, you’ll carry a balanced caseload while coaching and supporting RBTs, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and helping refine clinic systems that elevate the quality of care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy with a weekly billable expectation of 27 hours within a 40-hour M–F, 9–5 schedule
• Mentor and guide RBTs to grow their clinical skills
• Collaborate across disciplines (ABA + Speech = powerful client outcomes)
• Join in clinic-wide initiatives, trainings, and events that keep our community thriving
• Contribute ideas to help us expand into new Orange County locations

Compensation & Perks

•  $65,000–$90,000/year (depending on experience)

Who You Are

• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 1 year experience
