Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Opening for a part-time BCBA! Low admin requirements, perfect for someone looking for a relaxed caseload. No more than 5 afternoons and no working past 6PM.

We are seeking a dynamic, flexible, and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy and be open to providing highly individualized programs that may involve methods and tools such as CBT, ACT, PEERS etc. to support clients across their various challenges.

Perfect for BCBAs working in schools or other daytime locations, BCBAs re-entering the workforce, or anyone looking for some extra income.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address behavioral challenges and increase skill development
• Implement evidence-based behavior interventions
• Provide assent-based, motivating skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Bring dynamic compassion to the team to support our wonderful families
• Train awesome BTs to build their skill set.

Experience and Qualities

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and intellectual disabilities
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field
• Please posses the ability to communicate effectively and directly
• Self-starter with ability to make and follow your own schedule
• You must have your own vehicle and current auto insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
