A full-time School Psychologist position is available to support a K-12 student population across three school sites in Citrus Heights, CA. This contract role runs from December 1, 2025, through June 10, 2026, covering a caseload of approximately 70 students. The position requires an itinerant schedule, traveling between two elementary schools and one combined middle/high school campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students across preschool through grade 12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide consultation and intervention services targeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students while navigating itinerant responsibilities across three locations.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements to accommodate site visits and service delivery throughout the week.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or license appropriate for the state of California.
- Experience serving diverse K-12 populations in a school setting.
- Ability to manage multiple sites with effective time and travel scheduling.
