What You’ll Do:
This position requires an active BCBA certification.
Examples of BCBA duties include:
A. Supervise behavior therapy services in a child’s home setting provided by a Mid-level Supervisor and Behavior Technician
- Assist in training staff to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals to help children thrive
- Assist in training staff to collect and record data. Track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology.
- Keep treatment goals updates as needed to promote success
B. Write Six Month Treatment Plan Reports with support from the Mid-Level Supervisor
C. Conduct monthly parent meetings/trainings
D. Mentor Mid-Level Supervisors for fieldwork supervision (as needed)
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
At least two years of experience in a ABA supervisor role
Availability M-F until 6:30pm
Ability to pass background check
Spanish Preferred, but a translation line is available for use

Pay: $78,000.00 - $109,850.00 per year
