Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a welcoming school team in the Sacramento area (near Winters, CA about 40 minutes west of downtown).

This is your chance to bring your ABA expertise into the classroom supporting students, collaborating with educators, and helping shape positive behaviors that make learning possible.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Partner with teachers and BCBAs to support students daily success

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect progress data

  • Encourage communication, social, and coping skills through positive reinforcement

  • Be the calm, consistent presence every student deserves

Position Details:

  • Setting: School-based, classroom support (onsite only)

  • Caseload: Students with behavioral and learning needs

  • Location: Sacramento area, CA
  • Hourly $25 -$35 based on experience

What Youll Need:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/license in California

  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric behavioral setting preferred

  • Dependability, empathy, and a collaborative spirit
