Open Play Therapy
We are a company that provides mobile pediatric therapy services to babies and toddlers from 0 to 3 years old that include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy (Speech Language Pathology), ABA and infant education services. We pride ourselves in helping children across the San Diego County. The children we see are mostly developmentally delayed, with some having diagnoses such as autism, muscle weakness, low tone, hypertonicity, Down syndrome, and other genetic conditions.
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The position's duties and responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses as assigned
- Conduct curricular assessments as assigned
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans for clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Train staff on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using competency-based training documentation
- Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries/reports/updates within the requirements of funding source
- Complete detailed progress notes documenting how services were delivered
- Maintain certification by obtaining necessary continuing education credits (CEUs) as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
- Train, model, and provide feedback on the implementation of the behavior plan to staff
- Assess clients’ needs for therapy and provide ongoing treatment

Required Qualifications
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license/certificate in CA
- Driver's License
Experience:
- Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
