Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC)

Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Part-Time - Any 3 days in a week
Pay Rate: $58/hr on 1099

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in the last 3 years providing clinical counselling services.
• Must maintain active and valid LPCC license throughout employment.
• Master’s degree in Counselling or related field from an accredited institution meeting CA BBS requirements.
• Active California LPCC license issued by the Board of Behavioural Sciences.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health and suicide risk evaluations, crisis intervention, and group or individual therapy.
• Develop and update treatment plans, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings (IDTT), and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and custody staff to support patient safety and mental health needs.
• Provide discharge planning, assisting patients with transitions to community programs and services.
• Adhere to ethical and mandated reporting standards, ensuring compliance with Client policies and professional regulations.
