Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA to join our school-based team in Lawrence, MA. This is a high-priority, urgent opening supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs. The selected candidate will collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized BIPs
Support classroom staff through modeling, coaching, and collaboration
Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data
Provide consultation and ongoing support to school teams
Ensure compliance with all state and district behavioral support guidelines
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Massachusetts Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LABA)
Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site
