Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A contract opportunity is available for two School Psychologists to support school communities from January 12 through the end of the school year in June. This assignment covers a leave of absence and offers meaningful work in educational settings.

Position Details:

  • Two School Psychologists needed
  • One position serving a K-8 school, providing services 7.5 hours per day
  • One position serving a middle school, providing services 7.5 hours per day
  • Located in El Cajon, CA
  • Contract duration: January 12 through end of school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop intervention strategies and support plans
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute recommendations
  • Analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal educational guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid credential as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-8 and middle school populations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational laws
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work independently
