What You’ll Do
You’ll be the lead clinical guide for a caseload of learners (children and teens with autism or related developmental disabilities).
Your responsibilities include:
Assessment & Planning
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (indirect, direct, and experimental)
* Administer skills assessments (e.g., language, play, social)
* Create individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment goals
* Prepare and update treatment plans per funder and clinical guidelinesData-Driven Programming
* Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data weekly
* Recommend program changes based on data trends
* Monitor clinical progress and impact of interventionsCollaboration & Training
* Train and support behavior technicians, RBTs, and caregivers
* Consult with families, educators, and related service providers
* Provide supervision and performance feedback to staff
* Attend client-centered meetings (IEPs, BSPs, etc.)Clinical Leadership
* Ensure high-quality treatment implementation
* Maintain appropriate documentation
* Track service hours and ensure billing is accurate and timely
* Report challenges and celebrate wins with our clinical director

Qualifications
* National certification as a BCBA
* Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
* Minimum 2 years experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities
* Skilled in functional assessments, VB-based instruction, skill acquisition
* Strong tech literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, graphs, tablets)
* Reliable transportation + ability to work in homes, schools, and community settings
* Available for some evening/weekend hours as needed
Pay, Perks & Schedule
Compensation:
* Part-time: hourly pay ranging from $50-$55 per hour
* Full-time ranging from $57,000.00 - $107,000.00 per year dependent on desired billable requirements
* Frequent bonus opportunities
Schedule:
* Monday–Friday (daytime); flexible start/end times
* Evenings/weekends as needed
* Part-time to start with potential to grow to full-time
