This position requires a BCBA who has experience in implementing discrete trial teaching and other ABA strategies as well as a background in crisis intervention. Sessions are provided within a home environment. You will be working directly with an 11-year-old student at his home teaching him language skills, functional skills and do behavior management. His communication is limited and he is exhibiting minor aggression, which is fairly new. You will be joining a strong and cohesive team of two other BCBAs and an RBT. In addition to having strong skills in ABA, you will need to have had experience working in high net worth families. The primary focus is on helping this young man engage in community and family events and to complete daily routines independently. You must be patient, creative, calm, take initiative, and have experience modeling ABA strategies to parents and caretakers. You must be a strong team player and be able to collaborate with other professionals working with the child. A BCBA is required. This position involves two or three sessions per week in the afternoon between 3pm - 5pm.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
