Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the following

• Develop and implement program improvements to enhance client outcomes
• Collaborate with case management and therapy staff on individualized treatment planning and discharge coordination
• Ensure compliance with state and organizational standards of care
• Serve as a mentor and model of compassionate, ethical, and trauma-informed practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of individual clients, providing direct clinical services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Document all clinical services in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure continuity of care and individualized treatment.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies, building insight, and achieving their personal goals.
• Bring creativity and energy into sessions to promote engagement, connection, and positive change.
• Participate in weekly clinical and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
• Registered as an LCSW in the state of practice (supervision provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Experience facilitating groups (preferred, but not required—training provided).
• Organized, dependable, and committed to high-quality client care.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual platforms to conduct sessions.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
