Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Type: Contract Full School Year
Schedule:
Full time (3540 hours per week) to start
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide direct and indirect support for students with behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategies
Offer training and consultation to staff on behavior management practices
Attend IEP meetings and contribute behavior expertise to the team
Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Contract Details:
Full school year contract
