A K-12 school in Portland, OR, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological support to students across elementary and high school levels. This onsite, full-time contract position runs through the current school year, offering the opportunity to work directly with a diverse student population.

Position Overview:

The School Psychologist will help promote student academic achievement, social-emotional development, and overall well-being by conducting assessments, implementing interventions, and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students

  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support learning and mental health

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to create supportive educational environments

  • Provide consultation on behavioral and developmental concerns

  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Oregon School Psychologist License required

  • Experience working with elementary and high school students preferred

  • Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining a student-centered approach

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with school staff and families

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Location: Onsite at a K-12 school in Portland, OR

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:45 AM3:45 PM

  • Contract Duration: ASAP through June of the current school year
