We're looking for a Bachelor’s Level Clinician to work as part of a team at a Psychiatric Day Treatment Program for the purpose of supporting adults with mental health needs.
Your role as a Bachelor’s Level Clinician:
The Bachelor’s Level Clinician supports implementation of treatment plans, facilitates therapeutic and skill building groups, and works with individuals in a day treatment setting.
Duties:
- Works under the supervision of the Program Manager/Clinician.
- Provides individual and group training and support to program participants.
- Assists individuals with treatment and individual goals.
- Demonstrates ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving.
- Demonstrates communications and organizational capabilities.
- Awareness and sensitivity to contextual variables such as race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, economics and lived experience.
- Submit detailed progress notes and other documentation that follow federal, state, and agency requirements.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) preferred
- Degree Required: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field
- Driver’s License required
The pay rate is $26.27/hr.
