We are a mission-driven outpatient behavioral health provider committed to supporting the communities of North Carolina. We are actively seeking Licensed Psychologists to join our clinical team in multiple locations: Wake Forest, Jacksonville, or Wilmington, NC.

Position Summary

This is a full-time position for a clinician dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will play a vital role in patient care by conducting evaluations, administering psychological testing, and developing evidence-based treatment plans in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing, planning, and coordinating holistic care:
  • Assessment: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments.
  • Testing: Administer and accurately interpret psychological testing for diagnostic clarity.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clinical and legal purposes.
  • Coordinated Care: Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and administrative staff to ensure holistic, coordinated care for every patient.
  • Treatment Planning: Actively participate in treatment planning and case conferences.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Skills: Strong skills in psychological testing, assessment, and reporting.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.

Education & Experience
  • Education: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology is required.
  • Licensure: Active license to practice psychology in North Carolina is mandatory.
