Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy

Locations: Richmond

Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Pay Incentives Starting Now!

$21/hour during training
$25–$28/hour No experience needed

Bonus

Monday through Friday sessions starting at 5:00 PM or later:

+$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.

Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday)

+$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.
