What You'll Be Doing!
- Bringing smiles and progress to kids ages 18 months–6 years old.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Collecting data on your iPad to track growth and celebrate achievements.
- Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team.
- Traveling to homes, daycares, or schools to provide individualized support.
- Receiving consistent supervision and support from a Clinical Supervisor and BCBA

Pay & Perks
- $25–$30/hour (depending on ABA experience)

What You Need To Join
- Available Monday–Friday (1:00–6:00 pm or 8:00 am–6:00 pm).
- Be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma.
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance.
- Ability to lift/carry toys & materials (25–50 lbs).
- Energy to play, patience to teach, and heart to care.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience working with kids or individuals with Autism or are an RBT already.
- Speak Spanish or know ASL.
