Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) — Remote/Onsite Hybrid

Mediex Health, PLLC: As a LMHC/LICSW/LHP, you’ll deliver transformative, evidence-based therapy (in person and virtual) to individuals seeking help.

Role overview: We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health professionals to deliver high-quality in person and telehealth care within our general mental health program. In addition to general care, providers will have the opportunity to create their own specialized programs, including Suicide Prevention Program, Teen Program, etc. If you're committed to evidence-based practices and excited to deliver culturally responsive care to adults or adolescents we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver weekly evidence-based virtual therapy sessions via live video
• Apply the Unified Protocol (UP) framework and CBT to guide treatment
• Monitor client progress virtually through automated assessments and goal-based measures
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation through our AI-enhanced EMR

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Counseling (MA, MS, MHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Independent clinical license (LMHC, LPC, etc.)
• 1 year of independent licensure desirable but NOT madatory (2+ state licenses a big plus)
• Experience delivering CBT and evidence-based therapy to adults
• Comfortable treating a diverse range of populations and mental health conditions
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about integrating digital solutions into clinical practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
