About The Role

Behavior Technician
- Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM is highly desirable.
- Morning hours are available for qualified candidates.

About The Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality ABA services to clients diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do
- Implement evidence-based ABA programs under the guidance of our BCBA Case Supervisors.
- Provide one-on-one instruction to clients using innovative ABA strategies.
- Collect and manage data to track client progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, offering support and guidance tailored to their needs.
- Participate in data analysis and behavior planning with our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- Certification: RBT certification is highly preferred. Candidates who have completed the 40-hour RBT training are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Organizational Skills: Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical Capability: Ability to engage actively with small children, including sitting, standing, running, and climbing stairs as needed.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to travel within San Diego County.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive approach and a drive to make a difference.
