This is a vital role that ensures a smooth and supportive transition for new residents into our healthcare services.

What You’ll Do:

· • Coordinate the admissions process for healthcare residents, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to move-in.

· • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical documentation.

· • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

· • Collaborate with nursing, social services, and administrative teams to support resident care planning.

· • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Matrixcare or similar platforms.

· • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare providers.

· • Assist with scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.

What We’re Looking For:

· • Prior experience in a healthcare admissions or medical office role preferred.

· • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT).

· • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
