We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team at our CADD Center in Los Angeles.

  • Teaching emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Promoting positive behavior using reinforcement techniques
  • Guiding motor skill development through structured play
  • Enhancing problem-solving and thinking skills
  • Encouraging daily living skills such as self-care and following routines

No ABA experience required—you will receive extensive paid training during a required, in-person two-week program at the CADD Center.

Requirements

  • Work availability Monday through Friday (2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and possibly Saturdays (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
  • Full availability for a one and a half week paid training (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to the center
  • Comfortable using a personal device for data entry (stipend provided)
  • Physical ability to kneel, run, lift up to 35 lbs, and move quickly as needed
  • Experience with children (e.g., school, daycare, or after-school programs)
  • Background in Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is a plus
