This position will primarily support evening and weekend client inquiries due to high demand.

Location
This role is based in our stunning historic white building in the heart of Fort Collins, directly across from Colorado State University. It’s a warm, welcoming space that reflects our philosophy of beauty, care, and empowerment. Remote flexibility may be possible once fully trained.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and text
- Listen with empathy and guide clients in selecting the best clinician for their needs
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using our client management systems
- Maintain accurate client information and billing details in our electronic health systems
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately in all interactions
- Collaborate with the Intake and Operations teams to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold and follow HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales
OR
- an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in mental health or wellness intake settings is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfort learning new software

Schedule
- 16–20 hours/week
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- One weekend shift required: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Opportunities for some remote work once trained
Compensation & Benefits
