Job Summary: Integral Care is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to serve as a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) Crisis Specialist. This role provides immediate, person-centered, trauma-informed response to individuals experiencing mental health crisis in the community. The specialist conducts assessments, delivers brief interventions, and facilitates linkage to ongoing services for both adults and youth. The position works collaboratively with the community, Austin area hospitals, schools, Integral Care's Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES), and the Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) of the Austin Police Department and Travis County Sheriff's Office.

Education
Workdays: Monday - Friday, Some weekends.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 6:00PM, 10:00AM - 8:00PM, or 12:00PM - 10:00PM.
Salary: $24.18 - $25.39 an hour based on education plus and addition 10% crisis stipend.
Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide rapid, community-based crisis intervention and mental health assessments.
- Develop short-term care plans and ensure appropriate service linkage.
- Collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, and internal teams to support client stabilization.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Contribute to performance and quality standards within the unit.
- May carry a limited caseload.

Education
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field required. Masters Degree preferred.
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience conducting mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Bilingual preferred.

- Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
- Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
- Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
