Licensed Psychologist – Clinical Supervisor (100% Remote / Part-Time)

This position is 100% remote, must be licensed in California.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide weekly supervision to our cohort of practicum students across our mental health and substance use disorder programs. Supervision may be conducted virtually or in person. This role includes reviewing clinical work, enhancing case conceptualization skills, and ensuring adherence to ethical, legal, and academic standards. The position reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual and/or group supervision for practicum students
- Review clinical work including notes, treatment plans, and interventions
- Support student development in CBT, DBT skills, MI, relapse-prevention, crisis intervention, and other evidence-based practices
- Guide students in risk assessment, mandated reporting, and ethical decision-making
- Ensure adherence to professional, legal, and organizational standards
- Complete academic evaluations and documentation required by university programs
- Collaborate with program leadership regarding student progress
- Review and correct clinical documentation and supervise skills and competency assessments
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Monitor program performance objectives and communicate relevant goals to the clinical team
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Life Landscaping policies
- Support directors and leadership as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and certification requirements
- Assist with state certification compliance
- Perform other supporting duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in good standing (required)
- Experience supervising practicum students, interns, or trainees (preferred)
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment (preferred)
- Proficiency in clinical documentation standards and evidence-based treatment
- Comfortable providing virtual supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic health records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
- Demonstrates cultural competency, LGBTQIA+ affirming practice, and awareness of unconscious biases
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to remain composed in challenging situations and work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment modalities
Education & Experience
- Licensed Psychologist
- Two or more years of clinical experience, with prior supervision experience

Compensation
- $105/hour - $195/hour
