Direct Service Provider (RBT)

Join our team as a Direct Service Provider (DSP/RBT). We are an established organization dedicated to providing quality and compassionate residential care to the adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Direct Support Professional (RBT) (All Shifts AM, PM and Overnight)- Job duties include but not limited to: behavioral support, light housekeeping, cooking, assisting with medication, assisting with completion of daily living skills including grooming and hygiene.

Must have 6 months paid experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, which will be verified.

Position requires:
Ability to pass DOJ fingerprint clearance, drug screening, high school completion or equivalent and possession of a valid CA driver’s license. Must pass DSP Year 1 and 2 training within 12 months.

Rate of pay is $25 per hour and increases to $27 per hour once RBT certification is obtained (required within 12 months from date of hire).

Provide direct support to residents in alignment with company policies and care standards.

Implement individualized support and care plans.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents at all times.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
