Entry-Level Position with Comprehensive Training

Position Details:

• $21.00 to $24.25 Hourly
• Location: Garden Grove and surrounding areas
• Part-time. Must commit to a minimum of 15 hours a week Monday through Friday between the hours of 3pm - 8pm, and Saturday 9am-1:30pm
• Spanish preferred, but not required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Complete BTL1 Certification (Program and cost covered by company)
• Reliable Transportation & Valid Automobile Insurance Required
• Relevant experience preferred
• Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time
• Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6 month intervals
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred
• Due to the nature of this role, providing in-home care to children, a background check is required by law. In accordance with California regulations, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Because of our contractual and licensing obligations, a clear background check result is required before beginning employment.

Your Role and Impact:

As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve:

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.
• Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies
