Schedule: Tues–Thurs | 9:30am–2:30pm (10–15 hrs/week)
Location: Mission Viejo school campus

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 school-based ABA support
• Collect accurate data every session
• Implement behavior plans with fidelity
• Collaborate with school staff & BCBA supervisor
• Submit session notes & timesheets timely
• Maintain confidentiality & professionalism

✅ Requirements

• RBT Certification required (2+ years experience strongly preferred)
• Passion for supporting neurodiverse children
• Reliable transportation & valid CA driver’s license
• TB test, background check clearance
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, move quickly, and lift up to 35 lbs as needed

Compensation
$22–$25/hr based on experience and education
