Compensation

Tiered Pay Structure: $70–$90 per session hour — based on your clinical expertise and the value you bring to clients.

• $70–$75/hr: For therapists transitioning from community or county settings who value strong structure and support.
• $76–$85/hr: For clinicians with established specialties (e.g., anxiety, couples, trauma) and solid clinical outcomes.
• $86–$90/hr: For advanced therapists with specialized training (e.g., EMDR, complex trauma) or those taking on challenging cases.

Our tiered model rewards growth — as your expertise and outcomes strengthen, your pay increases.

• Direct deposit every two weeks — no insurance payment delays.

Requirements

• Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
• A minimum of 15hrs per week available for client sessions
• Must be comfortable working in-office (Murrieta, CA)
• Committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care
